I am Sasi, registered migration lawyer of Siis Migration. My goal is to make your journey to Australia as smooth and stress-free as possible. I know that applying for a visa can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry—that’s what I am here for!

I am originally from Thailand, and just like many of my clients, I understand how big of a step it is to move to a new country. This personal experience inspired me to pursue my passion for helping others by becoming a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 2518771). I completed a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice at Griffith University, equipping me with the expertise needed to navigate the complex world of Australian immigration law.

In addition to being a Registered Migration Agent, I am also a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC No. T780). This dual qualification allows me to provide comprehensive guidance not only for migration pathways but also for study options in Australia. As a QEAC, I can help students choose the right courses and education providers that align with their goals, which can also strengthen their future visa and migration prospects.

Whether you are looking to study, work, or make Australia your permanent home, I am here to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way. My goal is to help people achieve their dreams of becoming Permanent Residents and eventually Citizens of Australia.

We help you navigate through various visa options to ensure your family can reunite and start a new chapter together—Partner Visa, Parent Visa, Child Visa, and Relative Visa.

Skilled Worker Visa

Australia has a high demand for skilled professionals. If you have the skills and experience in a profession needed in Australia, we can help you apply for a Skilled Worker Visa. Skills Assessment

A positive skills assessment is a key requirement for many skilled visa applications in Australia. If you’re applying for a Skilled Migration Visa, you must prove that your qualifications and work experience meet Australian standards for your nominated occupation.

We assist you in preparing a complete and accurate skills assessment application by identifying the correct assessing authority, gathering required documents, and ensuring everything aligns with current migration requirements. Whether you’re in a trade, technical, or professional field, we’ll guide you through the process with clarity and confidence—helping you take an important step toward your migration goals.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you’ve gained skills through work experience rather than formal education, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can be your pathway to an Australian qualification. This is particularly useful in trade and vocational occupations and can be a stepping stone toward skilled migration or employment opportunities in Australia. We assist in preparing the necessary documentation and finding the right RTO (Registered Training Organisation) to assess and issue your qualification.

Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Review Support

Facing a visa refusal or cancellation can be overwhelming—but you’re not alone. We provide expert guidance and representation for clients seeking a review through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). With a strong understanding of migration law, we help you prepare a compelling case, navigate the appeal process, and stand by your side every step of the way.

Other Visas

We offer a wide range of other visa options, for example:

Resident Return Visa (RRV) – For former Australian permanent residents or citizens who want to return and maintain their residency status.

Global Talent Visa – Designed for highly skilled individuals in priority sectors such as tech, science, engineering, and the arts. This fast-tracked visa offers a pathway to permanent residency.

Innovation Visas – Tailored for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners looking to establish or develop innovative businesses in Australia.
